NEW YORK—Modo and Derek Lam have expanded their relationship by re-launching the Derek Lam 10 Crosby brand. The new collection extends the 10 Crosby eyewear line that launched in 2011 with an advanced contemporary collection of new optical and sun styles.

While maintaining the brand’s integrity of design, the 10 Crosby collection juxtaposes classic shapes with playful design elements in metal, acetate and combination frames. The collection comprises 12 optical styles and eight sun styles with women’s, men’s and unisex models available.

The name of each sunglass is inspired by a popular vacation destination. Highlights include oversized sunglasses in rounds, pantos and hexagons, with gradient lenses in shades of grey, plum and brown. According to the company, the Cassis (pictured here) and Sevilla style feature a key-hole bridge alluding to a neo-vintage vibe.

With names based off of area codes of U.S. cities, the optical collection includes style 213, a classic semi-rim metal frame for men and style 323 (pictured here), a cat eye frame in upbeat brown and yellow speckle acetate.
