This season all the talk is about the 2012 campaigns… advertising campaigns that is. In this edition of Hi Vis we feature the famous faces picked to front some of the most high profile and glamorous ad campaigns of Fall/Winter 2012…

Mila Kunis
is once again the face of the house of Christian Dior. Following her Spring/Summer 2012 campaign for Dior's 'Summerset' eyewear and her début Dior campaign for Miss Dior handbags, unveiled in January 2012, the 28-year old actress reappears in the new Miss Dior Autumn/Winter 2012 campaign, as well as the face of the Dior Fall/Winter 2012-2013 sunglass line from Safilo. The black and white images, photographed by Mario Sorrenti, feature Kunis channeling 1950′s Hollywood glamour with a ladylike allure and wearing the black Dior Taffetas 1 sunglasses. The sunglasses were inspired by the "pleats" from the brand’s ready-to-wear collection. The style appeared in Dior’s Autumn/Winter 2012-2013 fashion show and features a wide, square shape in black acetate embellished with Dior pleating and temples sheathed in black leather….

Joan Smalls is the star of the new Fendi Fall/Winter 2012 campaign for eyewear, as well as the fashion house’s womenswear collection campaign. The shots, taken by designer Karl Lagerfeld himself, features a natural, outdoors setting shot on location in Panzano in Chianti, Florence. Entitled "Una Giornata Toscana" (One Day in Tuscany), the images showcase the Puerto Rican-born Smalls in colorful furs, sculptural dresses and glamorous eyewear from Marchon, including the F1000 optical style shown here. In addition to this rectangular red acetate style with vertical golden stripes along the temples, the model also dons a pair of cat-eye shaped plastic and metal sunglasses with blue arms and a pair of full rim, rectangular Havana sunglasses for additional images in the campaign...

Shot in Los Angeles by director and photographer Dave Myers, the new campaign captures the rich heritage of the Foster Grant brand. An iconic television, motion picture, Broadway star and author, Shields picks up the mantel of the brand’s well-known “Who’s that behind those Foster Grants?” tagline, which was recognized by Advertising Age as one of the Top 100 Advertising Campaigns of all time. The campaign launches nationwide this fall and will include multiple television commercials, print advertisements and in-store signage for the Foster Grant sunglasses and reading glasses collections. “Brooke’s wide-ranging appeal and natural beauty make her a perfect fit for the Foster Grant brand, helping us to expand the brand’s history of working with the most well-respected, talented and brightest Hollywood stars,” said Gina Lazaro, chief marketing officer of FGX International.
