Blackfin Edge From Villa Eyewear

Weighing only 4.1 grams, the Blackfin Zero Edge collection, distributed in the U.S. by Villa Eyewear, features frames made from an ultra-thin layer of beta-titanium that display the very best of Blackfin technology. The frames have the brand’s proprietary Atom Zero flexi-joints and patented Swordfish Mini temple-tips with break-off guides that make it possible to shorten the temples in three simple moves. These technological features are paired with minimalist design, excellent quality and anodized colors for a collection 70 percent lighter than its steel equivalents.

What are you selling?
We added the Blackfin Edge collection and can’t keep it on the shelves. All the shapes and colors are great.

Who’s buying it?
Most of our clients are fairly conservative and aren’t looking to make too bold of a statement. They’re confident and comfortable with who they are.

Why do they like it?
Weighing in at about four grams, our clients appreciate the ultra-lightweight comfort and flexibility the beta titanium of Blackfin Edge offers, and with the colors available, you can choose either to blend in or to stand out in a crowd. We have space dedicated to Blackfin utilizing black velvet-covered risers and point of purchase materials. We also give it extra time in our window display rotation.
