Paris & Overland Park, Kan.—Introduced in 2014, the Bollé Sport Protective line was intended to give ECPs a complete collection of high-quality, well-designed, eyewear for young athletes. Now, for the first time, all five models in the line are being offered with the option of Rx lenses with photochromic technology.

To ensure Bollé Sport Protective eyewear with photochromic lenses can be comfortably used both indoors and out, the range of visible light transmitted varies from 89 percent to 12 percent. The single vision lenses are made of polycarbonate, and block 100 of UVA and UVB radiation, according to Bollé.

The company noted that all of its Bollé Sport Protective products, regardless of lens type, continue to be certified to rigorous American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Z87.1-2010, and American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) F803 standards.

There are five models in the Bollé Sport Protective collection: Coverage, Crunch, Swag, Dominance and Baller. All models are available with plano and Rx, photochromic Rx lenses, with retail prices set at $120; $160 and $260, respectively. Turnaround time for Rx orders is three to four business days.
