Selling Points: The optical collection offers a variety of wearable shapes such as vintage inspired, cat-eye, oval and rectangular. Safilo Releases the Gucci Eyeweb 500 by Gucci Sunglasses
Following the launch of the 500 by Gucci, Safilo presents a pair of special-edition Gucci sunglasses in the Gucci Eyeweb collection. The metal aviator with tear-drop lenses and double-nose bridge features the Gucci green-red-green web and is available in two versions, a small black and white shape for women (GG 2898/N/S), and a larger, all-black version for men (GG 1951/N/S).
Serengeti Announces 2011 Polar PhD Collection
Serengeti has announced that their new Polar PhD lenses are available on all models in their Serengeti Sport collection and select pieces in the Wire Flex series. The Trivex Polar PhD lenses feature polarization engineered directly onto the back surface of the lens using their proprietary Advanced Polarized Surface Technology, while the photochromic technology incorporated into the lenses at the molecular level continuously adjusts to changing light conditions.
Rye&Lye Unveils New Collection
This year the Rye&Lye collection takes up the theme of free climbing.
