Zeal Optics has debuted a new line of sunglasses, incorporating proprietary technology that enhances vision for people who “Move at the Speed of Life.” Using a manufacturing process that is more environmentally friendly, all of the frames feature Z Resin, the company’s proprietary, bio-based material made from the oil of castor beans. The new line of 18 colorful styles also use Hyperion Lens Technology and most styles are available with prescription lenses.
Shwood Collaborates on Koa Wood Sunglass
In celebration of the 10th anniversary of Hawaiian retailer KICKS/HI, Shwood has teamed up with the retailer to offer a limited run of 200 shades crafted from Hawaiian Koa wood. Widely regarded as Hawaii’s most valuable and beautiful wood, Koa wood has been used for centuries to construct canoes, guitars and now sunglasses.
Revert Eyewear Unveils New Polar Style
Revert Eyewear has added new sunglass styles to their Polar line. With a youthful, modern look, the Polar 323 collection comprises nine styles for him and her that combine the boldest, most extravagant colors with the use of unusual materials and effects. The collection also features Polarized Premium lenses, a Japanese technology that produces lenses that are only 1.1 mm thick and are able to filter and straighten out more than 99 percent of the solar rays responsible for solar reflection.
