Smart Vision Labs Adds Wavefront Aberrometry Feature to SVOne

More Images
Product: SVOne, now with Wavefront Aberrometry
Top Line: Smart Vision Labs is adding wavefront aberrometry to its SVOne autorefractor.
Close Up: The clinical applications of wavefront aberrometry are contact lens fitting and verification, scleral lens fitting, visual acuity assessment based on higher-order RMS, keratoconus diagnosis, night vision enhancement, LASIK patient qualification and post-operation follow-up.
“The addition of wavefront aberrometry to the current SVOne autorefractor presents a leap forward for aberrometry clinical applications,” said Yaopeng Zhou, PhD, chief executive officer and co-founder of Smart Vision Labs. “Traditional desktop wavefront devices are used in high order aberration analysis, contact lens fitting, and keratoconus diagnosis, but they are bulky and expensive. This is the first time that clinicians have the option to utilize portable wavefront technology in various settings to conduct those clinical applications."
