Top Line: PogoTec announced that it has invented and is developing Pogo-Power, a unique personal “Mobile Wireless Energy Transfer System” for compatible electronic wearable devices such as eyewear. The system acts like a personal mobile wireless power and data transfer “hotspot”, allowing wearable devices to be powered while in proximity of a fully mobile and wireless base unit. These devices can be powered while being worn without limitation to geo-location. In addition to powering one or more devices, the proprietary system will be capable of transferring data to and from the devices. A significant change in the eye condition sends an alert to the doctor who will determine if an earlier intervention is required, such as new appointment, assessment or treatment.
