Eyefinity Adds Progress Bar to Its EHR

Product: Eyefinity EHR
Top Line: Eyefinity adds a progress bar to its EHR.
Close Up: Located on the Visit Overview screen, the progress bar shows users the actual advancement in the exam, allowing users to quickly and easily see what’s been done. This is especially helpful for optometrists because they will be able to see what the technician has completed so far. It’s also useful in that it lets users know when a step in an exam is incomplete, which will help with billing. For example, if the user forgets to document a HPI in the chief complaint, the progress bar will alert you that the section is incomplete. Additionally, when the user tries to finalize the exam, a warning window will appear to let them know that there are incomplete sections of the exam documentation. The user can return to the exam or choose to override the warning.
Vital Stats: The progress bar in Eyefinity EHR allows users to clearly see exam progress at all times, quickly know what a technician has already completed in the exam and immediately identify any missing exam steps that might affect billing.
