LONGARONE, Italy—Marcolin has announced the appointment of Emanuele Cappellano as new chairman and president of Marcolin USA. Cappellano will work closely with the company’s top management to continue building a successful corporate strategy in the key market, with the aim of leading the USA businesses into a new phase of development, the company said in a statement. Cappellano will report directly to CEO and general manager Fabrizio Curci. Cappellano has previously held leadership positions at several multinational corporations.

He has served as head of financial planning and analysis as well as head of platform, investment and R&D control for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Latin America. He has also worked as head of brand and commercial control for Fiat and Chrysler Automobiles Europe. Most recently, he was chief financial officer and head of financial services at Stellantis Latin America.

Emanuele Cappellano holds a business economics degree from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia and a masters in corporate finance and management accounting from Università degli Studi di Torino.
