The Contact Lens Institute’s (CLI) EASY Way Program infographic—developed to help eyecare professionals share simple steps to healthy, comfortable contact lens wear, is now available in five languages. By visiting EASYWayProgram.org, ECPs can download versions of the eye catching infographic in Simplified and Traditional Chinese, French (Canadian), and Spanish, in addition to the original English.

CLI launched The EASY Way (Eyes, Awareness, Safety and You) program this fall to present wear and care tips through simplified, interesting and memorable tools for ECPs and staff to use in their practices. In addition to the infographic, the website features a toolkit including a video, patient email templates, social media graphics, a news story to share with local media and a how-to guide to implement these digital resources. All tools are available at no cost.

Recent research shows that four in five respondents want their doctor to alert them to new information that could impact their health. The EASY Way opens the door for ECPs to have these conversations with their patients.
CLI encourages participation in the EASY Way program from the broadest possible spectrum of eyecare teams who interact with contact lens wearers—extending beyond optometrists and ophthalmologists to also embrace opticians, technicians, optical shop representatives and administrators.

Practice staff can assess their EASY Way knowledge on the site. Once they review the material and pass a fun, easy and fast online quiz, they can print or digitally display a badge and certificate of achievement to show co-workers and patients their know-how.

Members of the Contact Lens Institute include Alcon, Bausch + Lomb, CooperVision, and Johnson & Johnson Vision.
