NEW YORK and PADOVA, Italy—Safilo Group and rag & bone have announced the renewal of a multi-year global licensing agreement for men’s and women’s sunglasses and optical frames. The two companies’ first five-year licensing agreement commenced January 2018 and the renewal will be effective as of January 2023. “We are very pleased to continue our partnership with Safilo whose expertise and reputation as one of the world’s most skilled eyewear players is indisputable,” says Marcus Wainwright, rag & bone’s CEO, founder and chief brand officer.
