Electric Slide

By CLICK Staff

Electric Slide is an app which enables an easy way to wirelessly present PowerPoint slides, Office documents, PDFs and videos with your iPhone or iPad. Your device is a remote control that works anywhere with any screen. While other methods of slide presentations are now available, PowerPoint is still one of the most widely-used by business people for their presentations. But sometimes showing a PowerPoint from your computer or laptop is not always the most convenient.

For example, adding a photo from your smartphone to a presentation, requires the transfer of the image to your PC and then adding it to the presentation. With Electric Slide, by Elucidate, LLC, guests can see your presentation right in their own browser. You give the people in your audience a special URL. They type that into their browser and can then see the presentation you are sharing. On your side, you can scroll through PowerPoints and Excel spreadsheets as if you were hooked up to a projector. View slide notes, thumbnails and who's viewing while your audience sees just your content. If you are old school, the Electric Slide app also supports the ability to connect your iPhone or iPad to a projector using HDMI, VGA or Airplay.
