| There is a new NFOS College Bowl reigning champion. Judy Quinones (l) of Raritan Valley Community College blew away the competition with her knowledge of opticianry at the annual event held Saturday. The winner’s trophy was presented by EssilorLuxottica professional development director-opticianry Judy Lew and will be displayed at the winner’s school until next year.
