Moscot is beginning to reopen its locations in the coming days and weeks in accordance with local and state guidelines. The company will offer in-person and virtual appointments, along with curbside product pick up at select New York shops. Moscot has increased the frequency of cleaning procedures, including disinfecting high-touch surfaces and high traffic areas, as well as all eyewear frames.

Employees will be fully equipped with masks and face shields, and all customers will be required to wear face coverings or masks in addition to implementing social distancing initiatives. In addition, Moscot locations will modify hours of operation, plexiglass shields will be installed at counters, and all staff have been equipped with wellness guidelines and special training on new protocols.
