Dr. John Hutton, a pediatrician and clinical researcher at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Hutton is the lead author of a new study published this week in the journal JAMA, which said that children ages 3 to 5 years old who used screens more than the recommended one hour per day without parental involvement had lower levels of development in the brain’s white matter, as reported by TechWire
