BOSTON—Bollé Brands announced that Chris Abbruzzese has been named vice president of trade marketing for Bollé Brands, North America. Abbruzzese has worked in the industry for many years—he spent 15 years at Maui Jim, most recently as vice president of global marketing. In addition, he has worked in marketing and sales consulting services for clients in the outdoor, home automation, energy, optical, and digital fabrication industries in recent years. In his new role with Bollé Brands, Abbruzzese will be responsible for developing trade marketing strategies to align with the company’s global brand strategies.

He will also act as the key bridge between the company’s global marketing and product teams and the North American sales team, and will emphasize in-store programs that promote retail success and drive sell-through.

Peter Smith, CEO of Bollé Brands, said, “We’re thrilled to welcome Chris to the team and are excited to have him help us take these great brands to the next level.”
