NEW YORK—Continuing a successful 21-year relationship, Bulova Corporation has announced a renewal of its eyewear licensing contract with Eyewear by ROI through 2019. This agreement extends a contract originally signed by the two companies in 1995.

“We believe in long-term relationships with partners who share our vision for producing high-quality products at accessible prices and who are committed to the same level of excellence in customer service. Eyewear by ROI consistently reflects those values and Bulova is proud to continue the partnership,” stated Jeffrey Cohen, president of Bulova.

John W. Alofs II, ROI’s founder and CEO, noted that “We are particularly excited as the renewed agreement coincides with ROI’s 30th year in business and reaffirms our mutual philosophy for business longevity and sustained growth.”

Under the renewed licensing agreement, Eyewear by ROI will continue designing, manufacturing and distributing the popular eyewear and sunwear frame collections marketed under the names Bulova, Bulova Twist Titanium, Caravelle New York and Wittnauer.

Based in Phoenix, Ariz., Eyewear by ROI has been producing and marketing high-quality designer and branded optical products since 1986.
