HAUPPAUGE, New York—ClearVision has announced three new additions to their national sales team. These new appointments are Patti Gertzen, who will now take on the role of national sales recruiting director; Jill Eldridge, now regional sales manager for the South Central U.S.; and Charles Fegreus, who will now take on the role of sales manager for the Midwest region. In a press release the company, which celebrated its 70th anniversary in 2019, said, “With continued expansion in the U.S., these three positions will play an important role in the strategic growth plans slated for 2020 and beyond.”


Jill Eldridge
Gertzen was named one of the Optical Women’s Association Mentors of the Year in 2015, and has served as ClearVision’s Midwest Regional sales manager for the past 16 years. She was appointed to the position of national sales recruiting director in January. In this newly created position, Gertzen is responsible for scouting talent for ClearVision’s sales force. Additionally, she leverages her experience in relationship-building and coaching to onboard new ClearVision sales consultants across the U.S.

Eldridge, who has worked as a sales consultant for the last 12 years, assumed a regional sales manager position for South Central U.S. in August 2019. Eldridge has received many accolades since joining the ClearVision family, including "All Star of the Year" in 2009, "Player Coach of the Year" in 2013 and "Sales Consultant of the Year" in 2016 and 2017. She has also been a member of the ClearVision President’s Council, where she actively trains new hires on best practices for managing their businesses and delivering outstanding customer service.


Fegreus joined the CVO team in February of this year and has assumed leadership responsibilities in ClearVision’s Midwest territory as the region’s sales manager. In this role, Fegreus guides a team of sales consultants in support of ClearVision’s annual sales objectives and works with his team to establish an environment for future sales growth. He is a respected industry leader who is passionate about partnering with customers for successful outcomes.
