LONDON—Mondottica International has announced a series of management appointments. According to Mondottica's founder and CEO Michael Jardine, the purpose of the appointments is "to strengthen the senior management team while accelerating the group's steady growth and seamless integration of its divisions globally." Anthony Pessok has been named chief commercial officer for Mondottica International. Pessok comes from his longstanding role as managing director for EMEA at Perry Ellis International, a multi-faceted global brand owner and operator. Prior to that, Pessok owned and operated successful fashion enterprises in the U.K. and overseas. He will be London-based.

Paul Sultan has been named chief finance and operations officer.Sultan also comes from Perry Ellis International, where he held the same role as CFO/COO for three and a half years. For more than 20 years previously, he held similar positions with the Calvin Klein divisions of Warnaco in the U.S., Latin America and Europe. He will also be based in London.

Allan Rasmussen has been named chief product officer.Rasmussen has worked closely with the group in a consulting capacity for more than a year and now will have oversight of all aspects from creative design teams in the U.K. and France through product development teams in Hong Kong. Previously he was head of design and product development for the Danish eyewear company Pro Design. Rasmussen will be based in London.

Drew Oppermann has been named president of the Americas for Mondottica. Oppermann is an industry veteran with longstanding positions with Viva and Adlens. He will oversee all aspects of the U.S., Canada and Latin America business, the company said, and will be based in New York. “This is a period of key strategic appointments for Mondottica, and it gives me great pleasure to announce this new framework for the group management team." said Jardine. “I am excited to welcome onboard new team members that will contribute to the development of the company and prepare it for its next steps.
