The focus will remain on organizational growth through the development of new international markets and expansion in, and acquisition of new target groups, the company said. Ralph Anderl, who until now was the sole owner of the company, will take on the new position as a member of the advisory board. According to the company, the advisory board is completely new and will consist of Ralph Anderl, Jorg Reinhold, Wolfgang Rebstock and Premium Equity Partners. Reinhold has also been named the new CEO of ic! berlin by way of succession plan.“With Premium I was able to successfully initiate the succession for my company,” Anderl said. “Together we will continue along ic! berlin’s unapologetic path.
