Top Line: Safilo North America has announced the complete redesign of its North American B2B website. The new sales platform is scheduled to go live on October 18, and is available in both English and French.
Close Up: Designed as part of Safilo’s ongoing, company-wide customer-centric digital transformation, the new mysafilo.com features a modern design built with the optical customer in mind. It offers a one-stop order engine for Safilo’s North America portfolio of licensed and proprietary brands, and prioritizes user-friendly navigation, ease of ordering, order verification and tracking. The website also allows the user to view and experience each of Safilo’s North America frame collections prior to logging in—this was previously a password-protected feature. 
Other upgrades include an easier browsing and filtering interface, a simplified return process, streamlined access to previous orders and videos on manufacturing, design and brands. The Live Chat feature, first added in 2020, will also be included.

This North American B2B website refresh comes on the heels of Safilo’s November 2020 launch of the You&Safilo B2B commerce platform for Europe, the May redesign of its corporate website safilogroup.com and the August launch of us.carreraworld.com, a new U.S. e-commerce platform for core brand Carrera as part of a new direct-to-consumer strategy for consumers to shop directly for Carrera sunglasses.
