Quick Take: Komono is celebrating its 10th anniversary with the release of a limited edition capsule collection created in collaboration with Munich-based design agency Bureau Mirko Borsche.
Specifics: The Komono 10Y Capsule Collection includes five watches and five sunglass styles and offers a play on one of the brand’s earliest successes, the Print Series. The five sunglass styles feature distinct rubberized black coating on the outside, a print discreetly placed inside the frame, and proverbs written on the inside of the temples. The five different styles are Francis, Jay, Liam, Lulu, and Madison.
Selling Point: Komono’s 10Y Capsule Collection offers both an homage to the brand’s past and a look forward to its future. With hidden details inside the frames, the sunglass designs offer styles that warrant a second look.
