NEW YORK—Vision Expo East 2019 is behind us, but that doesn’t mean we have to forget about it. This year, show attendees took to Instagram to document their time at Vision Expo, so, thanks to social media, we have an online scrapbook of Vision Expo East 2019. Almost everything from this year’s show made it onto social media in one way or another—in fact, this year’s show generated 31 million impressions, an increase of over 15 percent, according to show organizers—and it’s pretty clear that attendees enjoyed themselves the whole way through.

So, as we start to think about preparing for Vision Expo West in Las Vegas later this year, let’s take a look back at how Vision Expo East 2019 played out on social media.
