LAS VEGAS—Social media experts and personalities from the optical industry gathered at La Cave Wine and Food Hideaway in the Wynn Hotel for the first EyeStyle Influencers event to discuss key trends and topics driving social media in the industry.

The event, which took place on Friday, Sept. 28 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., was hosted by Sheena Taff known on social as @opticianabouttown and Arian Fartash, OD, known as @glamoptometrist.

During the tapas-style lunch, guests were treated to a panel discussion moderated by Taff and featuring Arian Fartash, OD, (@Glamoptometrist), Jen Tsai, OD, (@JenandJuice), Will To, OD, (@ThetravellingOD) and Ryan Walton, a senior member of VSP Global’s content and strategic social strategy team.
