TROY, Mich.—I-deal Optics has announced the launch of Rafaella Eyewear which will include optical only. This debut collection for women is both sophisticated and easy to wear.

The initial collection features eight styles with finely crafted acetate and stainless-steel constructions. Each of the eight models is available in three vibrant colors.

“The Rafaella brand aligns perfectly with our strategy and desire to partner with a brand that combines fashion and comfort with a strong value proposition,” said I-deal Optics president Michael Feldman. “It widens our women’s offerings and fills out our portfolio of collections. We have created a collection that will mean a lot to our customers, both in profitability and sell-through.”

I-deal Optics is the first eyewear licensee for Rafaella. The license is for three years and includes all of North America. In creating the new collection, I-deal Optics sought to design a proven, core product that will move quickly off its customer’s boards, the company said.
