Bill Scott Named President of Jobson Optical Group; James DeMatteis Named Publisher of Vision Monday and 20/20

NEW YORK—Executives at WebMD and Jobson have announced that Bill Scott, currently president of the Research, ECP & PAA divisions of the Jobson Optical Group, has been appointed president of the Jobson Optical/U.S. Pharmacist Group, effective immediately. Scott, a long-time Jobson business leader, has served two stints at the company, totaling 30 years. "Over that time, Bill has done an excellent job leading various divisions of the Optical Group," stated Blake DiSimone, chief financial officer and executive VP of WebMD. In addition, the company said, "We are pleased to announce that James DeMatteis, currently director of digital products, for the New York Optical retail division, has been promoted to the position of publisher of the 20/20 and VisionMonday divisions of the Optical Group."
