NOTTINGHAM, U.K.—Mondottica has announced that the company has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification, an internationally recognized standard that ensures that its products and services meet the needs of partners and customers through an effective quality management system (QMS). The ISO 9001 standard has been adopted by over a million organizations worldwide and ensures customer satisfaction is a top priority. To become ISO 9001 certified, with the leadership and support of the executive team, Mondottica worked with an external ISO Provider, and has been audited substantially to ensure the company’s QMS and documentation is in alignment with the global recognized standard. Mondottica’s certification was awarded on April 10 with no non-conformances, the company said.
