In order to assist visitors and exhibitors from the U.S, Central and South America, special discounts on flight rates in economy, premium economy and business class, including baggage, three nights in four-star and five-star hotels are now available, according to an announcement from show organizers.

has announced the postponement of its 2022 show, originally scheduled for Jan. 22-24, to new dates April 23-25, 2022. The show will take place at ExCeL London, its original venue. All visitor registration, exhibitor stand, sponsorship and hosted meetings will automatically be transferred to the new dates. Show organizers are working to reconfirm speaker availability in order to honor CPD and education courses as well.

PARIS—The winners of the 2021 Silmo d'Or Awards were presented during last weekend's Silmo 2021 Optical Fair
at Paris Nord Villepinte. During a special ceremony, the honors were given to a range of eyewear creators and technology companies, presented by Silmo's president, Amelie Morel, who was joined by Jean-Christophe Leblanc, the set designer and art director who served as the Silmo Jury president for this edition, according to an announcement from Silmo.
