NEW YORK—OCLI Vision a multi-practice ophthalmology group located in the Northeast announced the acquisition of Armesto Eye Associates, a multi-specialty ophthalmology practice in Mechanicsburg, Pa. The deal for the practice brings the number of OCLI Vison clinic locations to 13 in the Pennsylvania region. The practice consists of David M. Armesto, MD, FACS, Mary Ann Nomono Hosey, OD and Troy Hosey, OD. OCLI's growth, which now exceeds 40 locations, is supported by the management and administrative services of Spectrum Vision Partners (SVP), an organization serving many of the top ophthalmologists, optometrists and ambulatory eye surgery centers of the group in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Virginia. SVP is a portfolio company of Blue Sea Capital private equity group.

The experienced team at Armesto Eye Associates provides first-class care across various ophthalmic disciplines. The clinic is located in the Fredricksen Outpatient Center (Pinnacle Building) at the Cumberland Technology Park, a 260-acre business center at Wertzville Road and Route I-81 in Hampden Township.
