NEW YORK—Vision Monday and 20/20 Magazine asked their readers to share their choices for great business support partners in another challenging business year, via the Ultimate Partners program. Readers were asked to recall when they were facing a critical challenge, in 2021 and into this year, and to salute the business partner who showed up at the right moment to reshape that problem into an opportunity or name which supplier (or representative) came to the rescue with valuable new solutions.

The Ultimate Partners program offered a chance for ECPs and optical retailers to name and describe an individual or a company that stepped up to help them best meet business challenges, which included:

● Critical support with product supply/back orders.

● Financial support and payment assistance.

● Extraordinary customer service support.

● Creative solutions to staffing shortages/personnel support.

● Other.

Based on those responses, a special advertorial section was created for companies to celebrate their nomination from readers as a great business support partner. Taking part in the section, which is now posted within the July/August editions of 20/20 Magazine and Vision Monday this week, are the following companies: ABB Optical Group, ClearVision, Colors in Optics, CooperVision, EssilorLuxottica, Hoya, Johnson & Johnson Vision, L’Amy America, Maui Jim, Modern Optical International, OGI Eyewear, Safilo, Silhouette, Vision Source, VSP Vision and Marchon, and Walman Optical.

The Ultimate Partners' special section can be found within the July/August digital editions of 20/20 Magazine and Vision Monday, which are now live, and also can be found in entirety here.
