Latest News Italy’s CONSOB Approves Safilo’s Fundraising Prospectus By Staff Monday, December 3, 2018 12:15 AM PADOVA, Italy—Italy’s CONSOB approved on Nov. 30 the prospectus relating to Safilo Group’s preemptive offering for a share capital increase, up to a maximum amount of €150 million, to be admitted to trading on the Mercato Telematico Azionario (MTA) managed by the Borsa Italiana, as VMAIL previously reported. The timetable of pre-emptive rights for the subscription of new shares may be exercised from Dec. 3 until Dec. 17. Option rights not exercised by the end of the subscription period will be offered by the company on the MTA within the month following the end of the subscription period. The dates of the rights auction will be announced by means of a special notice, according to a Safilo announcement late last week.Safilo Group also said on Friday Nov.30 that the prospectus and key information documents are now posted on its website in the investor relations section under the “2018 Capital Increase” tab.
