LAS VEGAS and NEW YORK—Zac Posen, the luxury apparel and accessories brand, and Kenmark, the global optical and sunwear company, have announced their partnership to create a new collection of luxury eyewear. The agreement covers the design, production and worldwide distribution of both men’s and women’s sun and prescription eyewear.

The collection, scheduled to launch in fall 2014, will “reflect the modern American glamour sensibility and creativity of the Zac Posen brand within the boutique design aesthetic and innovation of Kenmark,” a statement said.

Said Zac Posen, “I am delighted to partner with Kenmark to extend the Zac Posen brand to include eyewear. Their commitment to the highest standards of design will align with the creative aesthetic and inherent values of my brand.”

Zac Posen is a leading designer of women’s fashion. His company, House of Z, established in 2001, currently produces a range of products through his Zac Posen, ZAC Zac Posen, Z Spoke and Truly Zac labels including women’s ready-to-wear, bridal, social occasion, furs, handbags and accessories.
