LOS ANGELES—Dita Group has announced a 100 percent acquisition stake in the Christian Roth brand. Christian Roth and his partner, Eric Domege, based in Miami, will both remain on as creative directors of the luxury eyewear company. The purchase price was undisclosed.

“I have long been a fan of Christian and Eric’s work and creative mindset within the eyewear field,” said Micky Dillon, CEO of Dita Group. The addition of the Christian Roth brand to the Dita Group, which already includes Dita, Thom Browne and Dita von Teese eyewear, will enhance the company as “the leading luxury eyewear manufacturer in the world,” the company said.

"Eric Domege and myself are thrilled to embark on this new chapter with the prestigiously recognized Dita Group,” added Roth. “Sharing a passion and a deep understanding of true luxury eyewear with their founders, we are committed to further realizing our dreams for the Christian Roth brand, and couldn't think of a better home to be a part of.”

The first collection of Christian Roth under the leadership of Dita Group and carried by its network of sales reps will be presented during Silmo in 2016.
