Cam Newton is the quarterback for the Carolina Panthers in the National Football League (NFL). He broke NFL records in his rookie year and is only the third player ever to be awarded the Heisman Trophy, win a national championship and be the first overall pick in the NFL draft all in the same year. Earlier this year, he also launched the Cam Newton Foundation which is committed to funding initiatives in education and physical fitness for children.
