Patrick Mahomes and young athletes are moving football forward, alongside Oakley.

LAS VEGAS—Ahead of Super Bowl LVIII, Oakley, the NFL’s official on-field partner through 2030, has an updated on-field presence with a refreshed logo on the pro-shields, offering increased visibility and showcasing the brand’s ability to deliver eyewear solutions that redefine how athletes compete. Since Oakley and the NFL’s partnership began, all NFL athletes—including those playing in this weekend’s Super Bowl—have had the opportunity to wear Prizm Clear Shields equipped with Prizm Lens technology, which allow them to see more detail and contrast in game.

Through close collaboration with Team Oakley athletes, including Patrick Mahomes, Justin Jefferson, Aaron Jones and more, the design process has continued to evolve to not only stand out on the field, but also focus on the importance of eye health and safety for the players. In addition, fans at the game can visit Oakley at the Super Bowl Experience and NFL fan shop to try and buy Oakley product.

Fabrizio Uguzzoni, president of professional solutions, EssilorLuxottica NA, told VMAIL, “Oakley has redefined how athletes and footfall fans experience the game, and the Super Bowl is a place where our innovation and advanced technology really shines. We have invested in iconic sport programs, including the Super Bowl, ensuring that Oakley continues to strengthen its iconic reputation among consumers. In turn, this supports our eyecare professionals by driving traffic and interest in our best-in-class brand.”

In addition to equipping the pros, staff and fans with product and driving brand awareness across wholesale and optical trade business, Oakley continues to prioritize empowering the next generation as a partner of NFL Flag. Oakley provides young athletes with product innovations and bespoke experiences, solidifying its commitment to encourage positive community impact beyond the field.

A new campaign video featuring young athletes sporting a variety of Oakley styles explains how these athletes are moving the game forward. The campaign is available to watch online here.

Last weekend, prior to the big game, Oakley continued this initiative at the Pro Bowl and the NFL Flag Football Championships in Orlando, where Oakley hosted a Move The Game Forward Panel: A Celebration of Re-writing the Playbook. MJ Acosta-Ruiz hosted the panel and was joined by special guests NFL Superstar and Team Oakley athlete Justin Jefferson; Team Mexico quarterback Diana Flores; Corey Hill, Oakley global head of sports marketing; and Izell Reese, CEO of RCX Sports.
