FRISCO, Texas—Wiley X has opened its new, expansive headquarters in Frisco, Texas as the company celebrates its 35th anniversary this year. At 65,000 square feet, the new Wiley X headquarters includes production, assembly and warehouse space, an expanded facility for testing certifications and administrative and office space. The building will also feature the first-ever Wiley X flagship retail store, which is scheduled to open in 2024 for customers, according to an announcement from the company.

In a statement the company said, “Frisco is an ideal location for Wiley X for many reasons. Frisco, and all of Texas, is home to a large population of military veterans; Wiley X is veteran-founded and has been providing premium protective eyewear to the United States military since being founded in 1987.

"Wiley X also has a long history of providing eye protection for outdoorsmen and women who hunt, fish, and shoot, as well as the government/first responder network, all of which align with Texan pastimes and values. Frisco also provides Wiley X with a great business climate with a large talent pool, and the centralized location within the United States provides distribution and shipping efficiencies.”

Myles Freeman, co-owner of Wiley X, said, “We are beyond thrilled to open the doors to our new headquarters. The City of Frisco and the Frisco Economic Development Corporation have been so welcoming to us.” Co-owner Dan Freeman added, “What a great way to celebrate 35 years in business. We are excited to get to work in Texas and thankful for all the support we’ve received here.”
