BALTIMORE—Versant Health announced the continued expansion of its seasoned leadership team, welcoming Jennifer Kuhn as its chief strategy and growth officer, as well as a new head of operations, Jenn Kischell, and a new head of product, Tyler Bradshaw. These three leaders, the company noted, each bring breadth and depth of industry experience aimed at further reinforcing the company’s position as one of the leading managed vision care administrators in the nation. “This new group of leaders will fuel Versant Health’s trajectory,” said CEO, Meredith Ryan-Reid.

Kuhn, who will be responsible for the company’s strategic growth plan, previously held a range of c-suite and board positions across the commercial, Medicaid and Medicare space, including driving growth at Elevance Health and Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield.
 
 
Bradshaw and Kischell join Versant Health from MetLife, where they were integral to its U.S. Business operations. Kischell, who will lead Versant Health’s customer service call centers, claims, enrollment and eligibility, and client implementation, previously ran Workforce Engagement in MetLife’s Financial Wellness & Engagement organization. Kischell has deep experience in claims, call center and product strategy.
 
Bradshaw, who will lead Versant Health’s product development and go-to-market strategies, most recently served as a vice president in the disability product area. Prior to that, Bradshaw led claims, product and strategy teams across the Group Benefits organization.
