IRVINE, Calif.—Alphaeon Corp., a lifestyle health care company, announced Friday its plan to acquire Integrity Digital Solutions, a developer of EMR software for ophthalmologists, for an undisclosed sum. The deal, which is subject to approval from both companies and certain closing conditions, is expected to close on or before Dec. 31, 2015.

Grant, CEO of Alphaeon. “We believe that with this acquisition we can offer physicians the most comprehensive integrated offering for their practice.”

Integrity EMR software is delivered on a cloud-based platform for ophthalmology. Developed by ophthalmologists, Integrity is designed to expedite EMR implementation while providing a product that enhances patient care.
