THOUSAND OAKS, Calif.—Compulink Business Systems, based here, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Eyecom, a division of Echo, a HealthStream company. The acquisition will increase Compulink’s optometric market share and strengthens its position as a provider of ophthalmic EHR and practice management solutions.

Designed to maximize efficiencies and improve profitability, Compulink’s all in one solution includes practice management, EHR, optical, ASC, patient portal and ophthalmic billing services. The company currently has over 10,000 providers using its Advantage software, along with 17 ophthalmic colleges and universities who have standardized on Compulink.
