LONGARONE, Italy— Marcolin and Rivoli Group have established a strategic medium-long term agreement for the commercialization of Marcolin products in the Middle Eastern area. This agreement, with Rivoli acting as main distributor for Marcolin luxury brands, will solidify the partnership between the two entities and further enhance presence of the Italian company in the Middle East market, Marcolin said.

As part of the agreement, Marcolin assigned to the Rivoli Group the distribution of the 55DSL, Diesel and Swarovski brands as of Nov. 15. Rivoli already distributes Marcolin products in this area for the eyewear licenses of DSquared2, Just Cavalli, Montblanc, Roberto Cavalli, Timberland, Tod’s, Tom Ford and Web.

“This new agreement with Rivoli is important to Marcolin and in line with our strategy; the richness and variety of our brand portfolio becomes the essential element of a closer relationship with our retail and wholesale partner around the world,” said Valerio Giacobbi, general manager sales and strategy of Marcolin.

According to the company, Marcolin and Rivoli Group, a worldwide distributor of the Richemont Group’s brands with a strong retail presence in Dubai, both aim at maximizing the penetration of the Middle East market.
