LAKE FOREST, Calif.—ReVision Optics, maker of the Raindrop Near Vision Inlay, is going out of business. In an announcement on its website the company said, “We have made great strides to build a market for the surgical correction of presbyopia, but respectful of our best efforts, it is with regret, that we have to close our doors.” According to the statement, the Raindrop Inlay stopped being sold to ophthalmic practices or distributors as of Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2018.
