Quick Take: Orgreen Optics has expanded its collection of titanium styles with five new models that pay tribute to Scandinavian modernism.
Specifics: Five new titanium styles for both men and women. "The new additions pay homage to Nordic Funkis and the prominent features of Scandinavian urban architecture. In true functionalist style, the collection is crafted with great concern for materials, simplification and technical experimentation," the company stated.
Selling Points: All styles from this range are completed with tinted end tips that enhance the color of the frame's front and sand blasted or gold nose titanium pads. Additionally, the clay matte finish seen on these styles shows off a contemporary, polished touch. This approach stays true to Orgreen’s ethos of combining the aesthetics and superior traditions of Scandinavian design and Japanese manufacturing. The color palette of the newly launched styles engages the wearers in a journey of deep space blues, azure green, and introduces two new color stories: one that plays with 3 contrasting hues, and a tone-in-tone.  The new styles are named after some of the most iconic landmarks of the modernist current, including the Shell-Haus in Berlin, Olavi Sortta’s Tilkka, Arne Jacobsen’s Paddehatten and the Everett House.
