The professor of ophthalmology, Moran Eye Center, University of Utah, discusses how diet and nutrition can affect certain conditions of the eye, such as dry eye, macular degeneration, and diabetes. Set in a demonstration kitchen, the video then cooks up recipes that support eye health with foods rich in lutein, zeaxanthin, antioxidants, and omega-3 fatty acids.
