ORLANDO, Fla.—Santinelli International’s extensive team of field service engineers recently gathered from 13 service centers across the country for their national meeting here. Matt McKenna, vice president of client services explained, “Unlike past meetings, where the entire client services division would gather at once, this meeting was field service specific, built around the theme ‘Engineered to Exceed Expectations.’”

The objective of the three-day meeting was to analyze and strengthen all processes from a client’s perspective, according to Santinelli International. The field service team focused on ways of increasing product knowledge and decreasing cost of ownership to enhance overall client experiences, relationships and communication. The engineers also received advanced technical training.
