Leight said, “Eyewear has always been a big part of my life. Watching my father build his company inspired me on so many levels—from basic entrepreneurship to eyewear history and expertise. Obviously the world and the eyewear industry specifically, has changed so much since the late ’80s when he was starting Oliver Peoples, but in a weird way I feel like we have a similar story.
