HAUPPAUGE, NY—ClearVision Optical will launch its Dilli Dalli-branded mobile game called Red’s Journey during Vision Expo West 2017. This launch, in partnership with Optometry Cares – The AOA Foundation and Orbis International, will debut on Sept. 14 on the App Store and Google Play as a $0.99 download.

The proceeds from Red’s Journey will help to further the missions of Optometry Cares – The AOA Foundation and Orbis International as they seek to provide vision care in the U.S. and across the world.

Red's Journey stars the pediatric eyewear collection's brand mascot, Red. In the game, which features three difficulty levels, players have to navigate Red through various obstacles while obtaining "power-ups" to gain special abilities and points.  

“We’ve done much more than just create a video game for eyecare professionals to have in their waiting rooms,” said David Friedfeld, president of ClearVision Optical. “We’ve developed a really unique way for people to engage in vision-related philanthropy; it’s as simple as buying an app.”
