Julie has been in the optical industry since 1979. She attended Lakeshore Technical Institute and received an associate degree in ophthalmic dispensing. “My other choice was UW-Madison for a music degree, but eyewear, optics and dispensing caught my eye.”

Her current eyewear that she actively wears are overflowing with her husband’s in their Eyebobs 2 drawer display case at their home which include: Wissing, JFRey, Andy Wolf, Feb31st, Theo, Anne et Valentin and dozens that don’t have an updated Rx or are outdated styles. For sunglasses she has these in Rx: Barton Perreira, Francis Klein, Gotti, Woow, Liberty Switch for sport, Face a Face, Anne et Valentin and Salt.
